I like these observations in the article: “Apple’s Sr VP of Internet Software and Services Eddy Cue, who happens to now be in charge of Siri and Maps, has long had an interest in cars. At Apple’s 2011 Worldwide Developers Conference, the executive demonstrated the iCloud Photo Stream feature by taking a picture of a toy car featured in a Pixar movie…. Recent patents reveal that Apple is interested in creating software to make unlocking vehicles and finding cars in parking lots easier.”

I like the idea. It is very “Big Brother”-esque. But really… I’m a little bit over that. Why? Because if you are on the internet, have FB, have a credit card, get cable tv, log onto wifi that’s not your own… etc etc etc… Big Brother knows where you are, what you’re doing, etc. I am not under any illusion that I have any kind of privacy in the world today. As odd as it sounds… I don’t mind a business like Disney having my information… it’s “regular people” who I don’t want knowing my personal business. For example… don’t publish to the world that I own a gun… but Disney knowing what I purchased and what ride order I chose? No problem.

Siri, Mickey is not fictional although he’s been used in many fictional stories: He’s a great actor, made many movies, and you can meet him in Mickey’s Movie Barn at Disneyland. Obviously, you need to get out more, Siri! ^_^
